Narelle has a special interest in oral function and tongue and lip ties and has completed extra training to better support families and infants with tethered oral tissues. Training has included “Oral Habilitation of the breastfeeding Dyad: a Masterclass for the IBCLC”, “A Professional’s Guide to Tongue Tie in the Breastfeeding Infant” with Lisa Paladino and “How to use Rhythmic Movements to Improve Feeding” with Avery Young. In August 2022 she attended a 2 day conference in Canberra “Reconnect, Rediscover, Restore” organised by the Australasian Society for Tongue and Lip Ties (ASTLiT).
